If you travel approximately 2 hours northwest from the capital of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, you will arrive at a place called “Guaimaca” in the department of Francisco Morazán. 
In the town of Guaimaca, the Diocese of Fall River serves the parish community of St. Rose of Lima by the presence of the Honduran Mission Team. 

Through various ministries, the Team seeks to meet the many needs of the poorest of the poor, putting into practice the commandment of Jesus:  Love one another.
