Since the Mission began, there have been several changes in the Mission Team. Father Paul Canuel, Deacon Jim & Joanne Marzilli, and Sister Maria Ceballos OP, were among the first to serve on the Team. Later Father Gustavo and Father Joseph Blyskosz followed. Sister Lucia Gomez OP, Sister Carmen Adela OP, and Sister Gloria Clavijo OP, joined the Sisters' community in Guaimaca.

The current Mission Team is comprised of Father Craig Pregana, Sister Maria Ceballos OP, and Sister Marta Ines Toro OP. Together the three of them serve the Mission in the parish, at the clinic and the Marie Poussepin Center.
